Spa - Things to know

Appointments

Please take a seat in our spa lounge approx. 5 minutes before the start of your treatment so that you can prepare yourself for the treatment in peace. You will be met personally by your therapist. We ask that you arrive for your treatment in your bathrobe.

Your treatment

Before each treatment, you will be asked by our spa consultants what is particularly important to you in the context of the desired treatment in order to tailor it to your personal needs and requirements. We also ask you to inform us of any health problems or contraindications (heart disease, recent operations, pregnancy, allergies, etc.) before each treatment.

Cancellation of appointments

In the event of cancellation of your wellness treatment, we ask you to cancel the appointment up to 24 hours before the start of the treatment.

In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, we will charge 100% of the price or the treatment will be deemed to have been taken if it is part of an arrangement.

Admission prices

Admission for external visitors at a combined price: €30 per person/day including loan of bathrobe, towels and slippers.

Pool times

• Early and lane swimming: 07.00 - 08.30 hrs
• Aqua fitness: 08.30 - 09.00 hrs
• Children's pool times: 09.30 - 17.00 hrs
• The day ends: 19.00 - 22.00 hrs

Spa etiquette

We ask you to wear swimwear in the entire pool area and to shower beforehand. Please observe the bathing rules.

Bathrobe and towels

For a pleasant stay in our wellness hotel on Sylt, a cozy bathrobe is already in your room. You will find additional towels in the wellness area. We ask you not to "reserve" the loungers with towels so that guests can always find a place.

Children

Our spa area is a place of peace and relaxation. We ask you to take this into account. Children and young people under the age of 15 are not permitted in the pool and sauna area on their own. Access is only permitted under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Smoking and cell phones

The entire spa area is a non-smoking zone. We therefore ask you to restrict your phone use to other areas of the hotel. You will find a safe in your hotel room for your personal valuables. We accept no liability for any valuables you bring with you.
